The last thing you want when sending an estimate is to realize you forgot to include something—only to watch it “eat” into your profits later. That’s a big problem. Inaccurate estimates are not just frustrating; they’re expensive. And let’s be honest—who wants to work for free? Not me! And I’m guessing you don’t either.
When an estimate leaves out key details, a company’s profits can quickly disappear. That’s why it’s essential to factor in all direct and indirect costs of both the project and the company, as well as potential future changes in market conditions.
Understanding the estimating process is vital to a company’s success. And knowing how to use estimating software makes the job easier, faster, and far more accurate.
This class is divided into two parts: Estimating Process & Pricing and Estimating Software.
Estimating Process & Pricing Class
Starts on Feb. 6th at 7 PM
Classes will be held live on Zoom.
Duration: 12 hours
Dates: February 6, 11, 13, 18, 20 and 25
From 7 to 9 PM (EST).
Investment: $350 per person.
Requirements: Students must have prior knowledge of blueprint reading before taking this class.
Estimating Software
Offered: 2nd Friday of February, May, August, and November
Duration: 9 hours total divided into 3 sessions of 3 hours each
Schedule: From 6 PM to 9 PM
